Wharton County Junior College Foundation Presents: Ponies & Petals

We are pleased to announce that the Wharton County Junior College Foundation will be holding a garden party event titled Ponies & Petals at the A-F Polo Field in Wharton on Saturday, May 13 from 4-7 p.m.  This event will provide an evening of outdoor elegance close to home, featuring a polo match between players of the Houston Polo Club along with additional highlights to delight and entertain supporters.  Sponsors and guests will enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres in traditional polo attire while learning about the game and participating in the traditional ‘champagne divot stomping’ before the sun goes down. 
  
Funds raised through Ponies & Petals will benefit the WCJC Foundation, which provides scholarships to students who attend Wharton County Junior College.  We believe education changes lives, and the WCJC Foundation is dedicated to enriching our community by supporting local students on their journey of higher education.
