Joaquin Trujillo, PhD, is the Founder and CXO of Authenticity LLC: a (1) professional and management development training and (2) scientific and technical consulting firm. He is a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Operations Officer and holds a PhD in Sociology. His consulting work boosts client growth, productivity, and reliability, particularly in complex and constrained environments. He regularly coaches US military and Special Forces in leadership, team, interpretive, and high reliability processes integral to intelligence and psychological operations during large scale combat operations (LSCO).
